Returns

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns shall be accepted strictly in cases of manufacturing defects.

    • No other grounds for return, including change of mind, shall be entertained.

  2. Notification Requirement

    • The Customer must notify Dayaa Jewels of any defect within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product by sending an email to dayaajewels@gmail.com.

    • Such notification must be accompanied by photographic and/or video evidence clearly indicating the defect.

  3. Return Process

    • Upon receipt of the Customer’s notification, the Dayaa Jewels team will provide detailed instructions regarding the return procedure.

    • Dayaa Jewels retains sole discretion to either:
      a) replace the defective product with an identical or equivalent item, or
      b) issue a store credit equal to the value of the defective product.

  4. Processing Timeline

    • Replacement or credit shall be processed within seven (7) business days from the date Dayaa Jewels receives the defective item.

  5. Refunds & Cancellations

    • Refunds shall not be provided under any circumstances, except in the event Dayaa Jewels is unable to fulfill the Customer’s order.

    • Once an order has been processed, cancellations will not be accepted.
