Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns shall be accepted strictly in cases of manufacturing defects.

No other grounds for return, including change of mind, shall be entertained.

Notification Requirement

The Customer must notify Dayaa Jewels of any defect within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product by sending an email to dayaajewels@gmail.com.

Such notification must be accompanied by photographic and/or video evidence clearly indicating the defect.

Return Process

Upon receipt of the Customer’s notification, the Dayaa Jewels team will provide detailed instructions regarding the return procedure.

Dayaa Jewels retains sole discretion to either:
a) replace the defective product with an identical or equivalent item, or
b) issue a store credit equal to the value of the defective product.

Processing Timeline

Replacement or credit shall be processed within seven (7) business days from the date Dayaa Jewels receives the defective item.

Refunds & Cancellations
-
Refunds shall not be provided under any circumstances, except in the event Dayaa Jewels is unable to fulfill the Customer’s order.

Once an order has been processed, cancellations will not be accepted.
